Enable feature tree to show diffs, which can be accepted or rejected

Idea from @max-mrgrsk's talk today. I believe this needs to click into #10150. Extend the UI/UX of the feature tree to be able to enter a diff mode which can be accepted or rejected. Zookeeper, MCP, and file system watching could hook into this to present the user with a proposed change in certain cases.
