I cannot install last version 4.0.1 with Pods, i am lock on the 3.6.200, even use the 'pod repo udpate'

I has a dependency SwiftJWT in our library podspec, but the SwiftJWT dependency version remains at 3.6.200, can version 4.0.1 be published to CocoaPods?
