Filtering by label zeros out test results

On the Slicer cdash, filtering by label causes the test result counts to all show 0

Expected Behavior

Test result counts would be shown, like what we get when filtering by build name:

https://slicer.cdash.org/index.php?project=SlicerPreview&filtercount=1&showfilters=1&field1=buildname&compare1=63&value1=SlicerRT

Actual Behavior

Test result counts are incorrectly zeroed out when filtering by label:

https://slicer.cdash.org/index.php?project=SlicerPreview&filtercount=1&showfilters=1&field1=label&compare1=63&value1=SlicerRT
