I'm not sure what you are asking. But let me explain.

So trame serves static files that are part of the Python distribution.
Then your python code execute on the server side to feed dynamically your content to the static application that the browser is executing. We rely on a websocket connection between your python code (server) and the client (browser) to drive the code you wrote.
