vuetify3.vcheckbox slow behaviour with v_model

Hello there!
Using this validation example with vuetify3, I encountered that checkboxes are slow and do not print any values. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind that vuetify2 and vuetify3 don't have the same API.
