Stuck at preprocessing

Hi,
Thank you for working on this extension. Great work to make nnUNet more accessible.
The algorithm and extension works for a colleague of mine.

After installation of nnUNetv2 2.5.1 (I think), when I run the algorithm, it gets stuck at the "nnUNet preprocessing" step.
cuda
stepsize 1
Folds 0
NPP 1
MPS 3
disable TTA check

I have reinstalled the extension but that didnt work. I have changed some parameters, e.g. cpu, folds and NPP but as you would expect, that didnt work.
How to go from here?

Thank you for reaching out.
Could you provide the console logs of the nnUNet processing?

Stuck pre-processing can be an indication that the multi process crashed or was killed (can happen if the data is too large for the hardware).

You may also have additional information on what went wrong in 3D Slicer's Python console.

We checked the python console as well, nothing there.
I wanted to re-install 3Dslicer another time and see whether that was the problem. Unfortanetly, our IT department did not allow me to reinstall it because its a nightly build after a recent change of policy. Now I do not have an installation of 5.7 to further test my problem.

I read however that it might have to do with a false SimpleITK installation in 5.7. I will get back to you when I know more.
