Miner will not open

Hey, I made an account and the first few times that I tried I was able to pull up the screen and start mining using the .exe, but now I can't open the miner at all. Is there anything I can do to get this working again?

Hi, I am Jason. I had a similar problem. I am trying to get some support right now, to see what we can do about all of this. Sorry I am so new to this that I don't know really how I got this far.
