docs: mark Claude install as "Coming soon"

Add a tag: "COMING SOON" frontmatter (renders next to the sidebar
entry) and a Warning callout at the top of the page noting the
connector is pending Anthropic directory approval and pointing
readers to the other clients in the meantime.
