docs: remove pre-install workspace-enable note from install pages

The MCP no longer requires enabling in the Klarity workspace before
install, so the 'Before you install' callout is removed from all six
install pages (ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Claude, Gemini CLI, Claude Code).
