Retargeting and Editing Portraits

I have a short video consisting of ~250 frames. I would like to be able to take a group of frames, ~20 at a time, and apply the same retargeting to each frame. Each time I put in a new frame it resets Eyes and Lips, the rest stay the same. Is it possible to keep Eyes and Lips from resetting?

What would really be nice is to be able to run a script to iterate over each batch and have a random setting for each of the editing tools?

For example, the script iterates over a batch of some number of frames and the parameters for the editing would be Eyes random between .32-.42, Lips random between .5 and .6, etc then export out the frames as webp or jpg

My coding skills are at the bash script level but I can write hello world in multiple languages :)
