Jaw open leads to unnecessary teeth generation

Hi!
First of all, congratulations on the huge work.

I tried doing v2v face reenactment and I found out that jaw open always includes teeth somehow most of the time. So, a simple yawn can introduce a lot of teeth. How should I approach this issue?
