[iOS] No clear offline message in airplane mode

"Preconditions: Camera permission granted (optional); internet access is unavailable (Airplane mode / disabled Wi‑Fi & mobile data).
Steps:

1. Disable internet connection on the device.
2. Launch the app (or return to the main screen with the scanner).
3. Observe the main screen.
4. Tap the button that opens Settings.
   Expected:

• The scanner UI is not displayed.
• An offline info state is displayed (graphic + message about no internet).
• A button/CTA is visible that allows the user to navigate to system network settings.
• Tapping the CTA opens the system Settings screen (network/internet settings).
• App does not crash and remains usable after returning from Settings."
