Requirements contain outdated references

One of the requirements lists `-e git+https://github.com/AidanKelley/somef.git@c176409d7bea4e1dfa1d4046d45a9ec5924ed7dd#egg=somef` which is an outdated for of somef.
Instead, the main somef repo should be used, or update the local fork to reflect the changes. 

Truth be told, somef should have it's own package, in order to avoid having to refer to other forks.
