[RFC] Disable features by default #227

Hello,

I think we should consider to add a configuration "by feature" and enable (or not) features with this configuration. (just like it's done in the FrameworkBundle of Symfony !)

This would fix #225.

I already start to work on the topic. Stop me if you think it's a wrong idea :) .
