I need help for my metroidvania game, and i do not understand how i make the player do a transistion to another room...
I've made a map for the game, but, in simple words, i basically do not understand how i make the player go to another room automatically for my game...
And i'm new to using this plugin so i might suck at using it.

The easiest way is adding RoomTransitions in your MetSysGame instance:

I'm using MetSys' 1.5 version... and also, just attached MetSysGame.gd to the root node in main.tscn... was that what i was supposed to do?

If you still have trouble figuring it out after reading the Wiki, maybe try opening the Sample Project and checking how it does things.

You need a custom script that extends MetSysGame and set up it at startup.
