fr locale missing 5 sections from en -- happy to keep it in sync

Witsy's fr.json is a great start but is missing 5 sections that en.json added recently -- looks like computerUse, deepResearch, designStudio, dictation, and drawingCanvas -- so French users hit raw English strings in those newer AI flows. A GitHub Action called i18n Autopilot (https://github.com/marketplace/actions/i18n-autopilot) auto-fills new sections into fr.json and opens a PR whenever en.json changes, so fr never drifts behind again. Happy to open that catch-up PR myself to fill in those 5 sections -- no worries either way 🙌
