[Feature request]: sensors calibration with decimal values

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I have different temperature and humidity sensors up and running with Z2M but one of them (TS0201 -> _TZ3210_ncw88jfq) needs a temp calibration of exactly -0.5°C (I compared the value with a professional device).
Z2M allows (for all devices) the calibration only with integer values so with - 1 I will always have a deviation of half a degree.
I don't know if this is a feature of Z2M core or Z2M frontend or both.

I would like to have the ability to calibrate sensors with decimal values (at least the temperature sensors).

I'm not able to consider any alternative
