Ingress Chart needs an update

Hi there,

I've seen the recent release of kong-3.0.2 chart. We are using the ingress-chart to deploy KIC and Kong at the same time. I would love to see an update to ingress-chart as well as we are running Kong on OpenShift and the latest release would definitely help us.
I've checked the latest release of ingress-chart is still version 0.21
