software does not open

Sirs,

I installed the latest version of Insomnia on Windows Server 2013 which is my test environment.
I run it and it locks itself right after. It doesn't even display anything on the screen, I can view the execution and monitoring by looking at the task manager.
I access this machine through RDP/Terminal Service.

Could anyone help me with this?
I really need to resolve this.
