Icon Bug

Whenever I open Insomnia, another window opens with this bugged icon. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, changed the icons, and nothing worked.

To help resolve this issue, could you provide the following details -

1. Your OS and version
2. Your insomnia version
3. Whether the extra window appears every time you launch insomnia?
4. Could you try restarting completely or clearing the cache.
