Issue with repository synchronization and disappearing collections after cache clear on Git/Cloud sync #10003

Description

@drubioBancol

Good day,

I am experiencing a critical issue with Insomnia Desktop regarding project synchronization and data loss.
I am the owner of a workspace shared with a team of over 25 collaborators. Recently, I was unable to pull or update fields because the application stopped detecting any incoming branch changes to download.
To resolve this, I attempted to clear the application data and cache directories to force a clean reload. However, after authenticating back into my account, both of my main collections completely disappeared. Instead of my actual work, I am now presented with an empty project containing no data. It seems the link to my previous collections has been lost entirely.
Additional Context & Findings:
Previously, I used to log in via GitHub, which automatically fetched my collections and allowed me to sync changes without issues.
However, I noticed that my workspace status now displays the Free Cloud Sync tier. Knowing that Git Sync on recent Insomnia versions requires a paid plan for teams with more than 3 users (and we are a team of 25+), I suspect this might be a licensing or billing restriction that is blocking my account from viewing or pulling our data.
Could you please confirm if this restriction is causing the sync failure and help me restore access to our collections?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
Diego Rubio
