I sorted it out.

I renamed the AppData\Roaming\Insomnia folder to Insomnia_bkp.

Then I installed the latest version of Insomnia. After the installation completed, I copied all the contents from Insomnia_bkp back into the newly created Insomnia folder.

Everything is now working correctly.
