`get${TYPE}ForUID` functions do not take paging into account

Current Behavior

Functions like getKongTargetForUID do not take paging into account.

This is not severe because we apply tag filtering based on the k8s object UID so there ever should be very few results (most of the time it should be 0 or 1 item returned) but for completeness we should take paging into account
