feat(at-mention): replace glob with walkdir + dedicated thread model

使用 walkdir 替代 glob crate 进行文件搜索，移除 glob 依赖。新增独立线程模型避免阻塞 tokio runtime。 Co-Authored-By: glm-5.1 <zai-org@claude-code-best.win>
