Hero5black - suddenly Wifi stopped broadcasting #277
Description
Hello!
I am an longtime user of gopro hero5 black.
All of a sudden my gopro stopped broadcasting its wifi AP point - no matter with which device I am trying to detect the GPxxxxxxxx - SSID, the gopro's wifi - AP doesn't show up anymore.
Camera behaves and reacts normal and is besides that fully functional.
I tried everything:
- resetting - seems not to work anymore, because PWD is not changed!! (resetting process takes ways longer too!)
- reflashing firmware (successfull) but no change
Is it a HW failure now all of a sudden (wifi chip, ...)
How to fix this please!
