Changing the default host port to be more compliant with windows machines

This issue was brought up by @notesjor.

Windows seems to have problems letting docker services assign ports in the dynamic range. Here I changed the default port to a lower value. This change is pending until confirmed. The default port then also needs to be changed in the GitHub Group Readme.
