How to build the kotlin-lsp from the source

Or I want to ask when can I build the kotlin-lsp from the source.

As the document says, now the kotlin-lsp is half opensource. It even does not have a ci on the github. Even I found some bugs of I want to modify it , I can do nothing. So I open this issue.

Thank you for your project! Although I can still not use it for android project, now it is usable on normal kotlin project. Thank you very much
