Feature: outline support

Currently no symblos are show in vscode outline when using this extension

Hi! Currently, we support only the workspace/symbol request (the "Go to Symbol in Workspace" action in VSCode), but not the textDocument/documentSymbol request, which seems to be used in the outline feature. The outline feature is important and is on our shortlist. Thanks :)
