Lack of support for Multi-window #3
Description
Currently, the app content is inside a single window. UI elements can't overflow the bounds of the window.
Fortunately, Canonical is already working on implementing this feature, and their changes are being reviewed by the Flutter team:

This might be stable enough to be a feature someday, although it might be delayed after 1.0.
We need to confirm whether this works only with Material UI or supports others, but needs modifications to utilize this feature.
