Question on AF2 structure prediction

Hi, there. I am wondering how did you obtained the strctures of the pMHC? You mentioned a high-throughput pipeline. Can you provide any more details on how the structure prediction was obtained?

@kevinbijan used AlphaFold2 to fold the peptide-MHC.

We are also considering building an end-to-end pipeline that includes the folding using AlphaFold2 and running through ImmunoStruct. Hopefully we can work on and release that.
