Several Issues, Plugin Version v10.2.0, IntelliJ 2018.3.3 (Community Edition)

I'm seeing several issues when using this plugin, and I hope it's just something I must have done.

Issues:

1. When setting up the Elixir SDK, I am getting an Unknown Elixir Version. I have Erlang/OTP 21 [erts-10.1] for Windows install along with Elixir 1.8.0 installed. I am wondering if the plugin does not yet support this version.
2. IntelliJ does not understand EEX files. If I change the data template away from HTML to Elixir (Embedded Elixir does not exist in the list of templates) then all syntax highlighting disappears.
3. Using a brand new project made by mix, IntelliJ thinks that @view_module, @view_template, and @conn are Unresolved/Invalid modules.

I hope that I just configured something incorrectly, or perhaps it's because of the community version of IntelliJ. If not, I hope that a fix for this can be implemented soon, as I would really love to use this plugin to hack away at my project. :)

Sorry about that. The Windows support is not great. I have to setup a Microsoft Development VM to test Windows, so it doesn't happen that often, but other people are reporting problems on Windows, so something may have changed with the install paths that I'll need to look into.

2. IntelliJ does not understand EEX files.

If does understand EEX files. There is explicit support for it in the plugin. Anything with *.<base>.eex will highlight both the Elixir in the <% %> and the <base> language registered to that extension. This include HTML.

3. Using a brand new project made by mix, IntelliJ thinks that @view_module, @view_template, and @conn are Unresolved/Invalid modules.

I haven't implemented the special-casing support to not treat module attributes as module attributes, but as assigns for .eex templates that are used for Phoenix Views.
