ANSI escape sequence shown in iex for Mix IEx on Windows

Describe the bug
When Run with The "IEX MIX",

1. I can not see my input, but in fact, I have input.
2. There are some anoying "[0m?[33m?[0m" output

To Reproduce
I don't know, My first setup and run, just got this.
I have tried restart Intellij or my computer, the problem remains.

Expected behavior

1. When i type, thre result text should occur
2. No more unkown output.

It looks like the the ANSI escape sequences are being printed instead of being interpreted.
