"Find all" freezes whole program almost each time

When I type find all (⌘ + ⇧ + F) and type some word/phrase, almost every time whole program freezes until I kill it.

It started happening when I moved to newest macbook pro with M1 chip (and probably on newer Intelji IDEA CE version).

For freezes the IDE generates special threadDump folders in the log directory. Please zip those directories and attach them.
