There are many times where something has a duration, but it doesn't matter during the duration of the thing, only after the duration is over.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option when creating an effect in the initiative tracker to send a notification within PlanarAlly, with a suboption to send that notification every time the effect decreases (for, say, persistent damage) or when the effect disappears (for, say, recharging abilities and area spells with durations that now need to be deleted).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I've been using effects for this, and it's just on me to notice when they're gone, which adds one more thing to manually be keeping track of.
