[FEAT] Quick Toggle For Show-All-Effects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Often, when running combat, I as a GM want a sense of the tactical position of everyone. When doing so, I want to see the effects on everyone. At every other time, I prefer the effects to be collapsed into the initiative slots.

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be handy to have a quick-toggle for this setting (or even a hover-to-show-all-effects location (like the current init slot, since that shows all effects anyway), though a toggle would be preferred).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Either

• Head into client settings (annoying since it's a window-esque thing) to change it.
• Scroll through init tracker hovering over each entry as I go.

Here's an incomplete version using the drawer idea:

I'd like to find a nice layout for the drawer that would have all the current initiative options. But if there are other suggestions, we can explore those too. This is just the way I'd go about it
Also to clarify, I don't want this drawer to replace the initiative settings in the client settings window. This is more like an alternative location that's more accessible from the thing the settings control. Having all options for the client in one central menu like the Client Settings is a good thing imo.
