[FEAT] Custom Markers and/or Grouping Tokens (for Movement) #1853

Description

@ValeTheVioletMote

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to use buff/debuff indicators on my tokens. The trouble is right now if I put a another token on top and then move them together, the other token snaps to the center.

Describe the solution you'd like
There's two ways I see this being implemented.
One is through allowing tokens to have buffs/debuffs as part of their properties, similar to trackers, and they can refer to an asset.

The other is through being able to freely 'stick' some tokens onto other tokens, making groups (but not in the grouping sense that PA already uses). The snapping then occurs on the base token, keeping the other tokens relative to the top. I'm not sure how DungeonDraft does it, but I can achieve the same effect in that one - if i highlight a big token and a buff token atop it, it snaps with the big token and the smaller ones follow it.
