[Feature Request]: Radial Menus

I wonder if something like this can be implemented. If so, how?

Move to Ext ?
Not sure about the outer-circle (That I assume has a radial move thing about it)
But the internal could be a a set of fixed table layouts (Dependent on max number of elements) with merged columns, and then "Flat Buttons" with text / images placed on them
