[Feature Request]: Revisit FadeValues class for further improvement

In relation to ticket form Standard: Krypton-Suite/Standard-Toolkit#1584

The FadeValues class was taken out of Standard V90 and moved to Extended for further development in V100
In Extended the class has been placed in:
Extended-Toolkit\Source\Krypton Toolkit\Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Forms\Values

Also take into account: Krypton-Suite/Standard-Toolkit#1254
