[Bug]: KryptonDataGridView new column maintenance.

Describe the bug
The columns added through the addition of the KOutlookGrid need further work .
V100 ONLY

** Functionality Needs to be evaluated in Extended**

• KryptonDataGridViewFormattingColumn (KOGrid only)
• KryptonDataGridViewTextAndImageCol (KOGrid only)
• KryptonDataGridViewTokenCol (KOGrid only)
• KryptonDataGridViewTokenListColumns (KOGrid only)
• KryptonDataGridViewTreeTextCol (KOGrid only)

UPDATE: Columns that need work

• KryptonDataGridViewPercentageCol
• Has been renamed to KryptonDataGridViewProgressColumn and is fully functional in V100.

Still part of KORgrid in extended

• KryptonDataGridViewRatingColumn Make fully functional in extended and working for the normal KDGV as well..
