deps: bump Kuestenlogik.Bowire 1.0.0 → 1.0.10

Picks up the cert-trust generalisation (1.0.9), the gRPC-side
SocketsHttpHandler factory variant, the Socket.IO payload fix,
and the method-detail header layout fix (1.0.10) that removed
the Sock|listen|tIO overlap and the duplicated-method-name in
the breadcrumb. The plugin runtime contract is unchanged — only
the embedded Bowire UI on /bowire benefits from the polish.
