RTL support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

for RTL languages, RTL support is very weak, the text/titles are at the left side and toggles are at the right.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set OS language to RTL ones like Arabic etc
2. Open KeePassDX
3. Navigate and see some RTL issues like described above

RTL support is good.
