Does not work on latest version of python and torch

When i tried to run this over the latest version of python , numpy and torch it shows me a incompatible error can u help me out for this??

FLAME does require a specific version of numpy and we do need it in out model so unfortunately we can't guarantee that the code work on other version of numpy
