Create a contact form for organizations

Right now, "get in touch" in the home page is represented by an anchor tag with href="mailto:info@kurius.ca". it would be better to have a structured form for organizations to get in touch on the HackItForward platform itself.

Backend note: This form should just send an email, probably to info@kurius.ca, in a more structured form with an In-Reply-To header so Kurius can just reply to that. This has the added benefit of not storing anything in a database.
