1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)
- live diff and confirm apply, the stack's status webview page will show the resource nodes
- switch to another tab, for example switch the active editor to a KCL file
- switch back to the stack's status webview page
2. What did you expect to see? (Required)
the stack's status webview page displayed as normal
3. What did you see instead (Required)
after switch tabs, the resource nodes disappears from the stack's status webview page
