Timeout happened , no reconnect seen

Yesterday in our production we had an timeout issue, we did not see any reconnect that is the issue

We are the consumer side

Local: Timed out

Errors seen
Timed out MetadataRequest in flight(after 6060 ms,timeout #0

Timed out FindCoordinatorRequest in flight(after 6060 ms,timeout #0

Timed out 2 in-flight, 0 retry-queued, 0 out-queue, 0 partially-sent-requests

2 request(s) timed out: disconnect ( after 60061ms in state UP

Are we missing any configs

we need to understand what the lib does, it's failing at the initial metadata request call
