[Bug]: Code is indexed only within one opened q file. Cross references to the definitions and usage in other q files in workspace do not work

What happened?

With the recent versions installations stating from v1.14.0 crossreferences of definitions and usage are not working across q files in workspace.
The navigation works only within currently opened q file.

Hello, module support for the extension is being worked on, with the next release proper multi file language features will be present.
