0007 Error - Could Not Create File...

I get the error message:

0007 Error - Could Not Create File'c\Users\so5916/.cardpeek.lua' to save configuration data
The reader worked fine after the installation but now this error.

This is a network computer with a ton of security settings.

Any suggestions?
