No Reader found on Windows 11 #131

I installed the latest version for Windows. On startup CardPeek doesn't find any readers. It returns an error of 21. I have manually started both the "Smart Card" and the "Smart Card Device Enumeration" services.

There are no readers detected

Windows 11 Version is: 10.0.22631 Build 22631

My reader is working in that if I open Excel and scan a card it reads the values into the cell so the basic workings of the reader are ok.
