taskbar, only show windows which are minimized ?

Is there a way to configure the "taskbar" so it only shows icons/labels for minimized windows ? Maybe a CSS style fpr "taskbar_item" ?
There is a "filter" attribut for taskbar but this seems to be only for output and workspaces. would be great if it could be extended to filter windows by state ....

I just added a minimized filter to the latest git version. You can add an option filter = minimized to taskbar definition now.
