Community Tabs aren't localized

Describe the bug
Right now, Project Lighthouse uses strings for its community tabs, however, the actual servers likely use translation keys or translation tags. Whenever I can, I'll provide the translation keys for the community tabs lighthouse currently has.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'LBP3'
2. Go to 'Community'
3. See error

Expected behavior
If PL was to use translation keys, it would appear in the respective language

did some digging, i got the translation keys for all of the categories, tags are more stunning to the eyes but keys will do

Nice find! I went ahead and handed this off to the developer who helped work on the Community tab.
